The bodice is shirred across the waist and finished with intricate honeycomb smocking and contrasting embroidery, which is completed by hand and can take up to seven hours per dress. It has short sleeves that have been shirred for a voluminous effect and traced with ric rac trims, a flat round collar trimmed with a chunky ruffle, and a long floaty skirt that swishes beautifully with every move. Fully lined in pure cotton, it fastens at the back with a signature mother of pearl button placket and has a self-tie bow to adjust for the perfect fit.
